IBIS Styles Wroclaw Review
Perfectly located for rail based visitors to Wroclaw the 3 star IBIS Styles Wroclaw is literally across the road from Wroclaw Glowny i.e. The main station.
In a new building this hotel is very comfortable and modern. Friendly staff add to the stay.
After a quick checkin and explanation of the hotel facilities I headed to my room on the 5th floor. The room was perfect for me with a view of the railway station, you may have guessed I like trains…
I was allocated twin bedded room which well as I used one bed for my bags enabling me to access and sort the bags out very easily. The bed I slept in was comfortable and had electrical sockets by the bed to allow for phone charging, so many hotels lack this essential.
The room had a desk to work from and the wifi was good.
The bathroom was quite large and had all the essentials except a bathtub. The amenities were wall mounted and nice to use.
I had dinner in the hotel restaurant and as it was a warm evening I sat on the terrace. Food was good value and tasty only odd thing was the service – can’t say what it was but didn’t feel good.
After a good nights sleep with just the occasional rumble of a tram passing by I headed for breakfast. Served on the 1st floor in a very bright room, lots of windows and white furniture and paint the buffet was adequate.
The hotel is a 10/15 minute walk from the historic centre of Wroclaw.
The bus to airport stops by the hotel.
There is a well stocked supermarket beneath the hotel.
Would I stay here again? Yes and especially if I was arriving late or departing early.
