Kaunas Park Inn Hotel

A short stopover in Kaunas en route to Kaliningrad by train and the Park Inn is well located between the train station and the Old Town. The trolley bus from the railway station to the hotel costs €0.80, pay the driver.

I arrived late but the welcome from the young lady on reception who was working the night shift was super friendly – explaining about the hotel and the town.

The Business Class room was a good size with a sofa and chair and a decent sized bed.

The bathroom was functional but characterless.

The room was very quiet and the curtains worked well at keeping the light out.

The wifi worked well.

Breakfast was adequate.
