Eurostar Ticket Flexibility
Eurostar ticket flexibility improves.
As travel restrictions and border controls continue to change in the current climate, Eurostar want to reassure customers that they can change their travel plans once they have made a booking with them.
So, from 01 March, customers who book tickets in Standard or Standard Premier will be able to exchange their tickets with no fee up to 7 full days before departure. So, if you have a booking to travel at 11:04 on 09 March for example, you can change your travel plans up until 11:04 on 02 March. You won’t pay an exchange fee, but will pay any difference in fare.
Any exchanges made between the 7 day cut off point and departure will be subject to an exchange fee (Standard (£30/€40 for an adult and £15/€20 for a child) and in Standard Premier (£40/€50 for an adult and £15/€20 for a child) plus the difference in fare.
Full Ts&Cs:
Customers can exchange tickets in Standard and Standard Premier as many times as they want without paying an exchange fee as long as tickets are exchanged 7 days or more before the departure date of their outbound journey.
Tickets are non-refundable.
Where tickets are exchanged for a higher priced ticket, customers will need to pay the difference.
Where tickets are exchanged for a lower price ticket, the difference in price will not be refunded.
Tickets in Standard and Standard Premier that are exchanged within 7 days of the individual journey will incur an exchange fee per person and per individual journey in Standard (£30/€40 for an adult and £15/€20 for a child) and in Standard Premier (£40/€50 for an adult and £15/€20 for a child).
